Welcome to WealthSheet Budget and Finance! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the **expencemanagement** mobile application (the "Service") operated by WealthSheet ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to personal finance and expense tracking. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and local files.
- Providing accurate and complete financial information when logging data.
- Ensuring that your import/export files are free of malware or corrupt formatting.
3. Local Storage and Backup custody
WealthSheet works primarily offline. Your transaction databases are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by:
- Uninstalling the application without running backups.
- Clearing application caches or system files on your device.
- Loss, theft, or damage of your mobile device.
If you set up Google Drive backup, you retain full ownership and custody of your backup files.
4. Reward Tokens & Ads
Wealth Coins are non-transferable reward tokens earned within the app. They carry no real cash value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency. They are strictly virtual credits used for purchasing Weekly or Monthly ad-free passes within the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and design elements are owned by WealthSheet and developer daksh902, protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WealthSheet, its developer, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
